This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have when you use our local business data and outreach platform, our API, our MCP server, and our AI SDR services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide, information generated as you use the Services, and information from the data providers that power local business search and enrichment:

Account information: Your name, email address, organization name, and company size. Authentication is handled by our identity provider (WorkOS), and your sign-in credentials are managed there.
Workspace and usage data: Your search prompts and queries, the businesses you reveal, exports you create, files you upload for bulk enrichment, API requests, and product activity such as log and device data.
Business contact data: The local business listings and owner or operator contact details (such as business emails and phone numbers) that we surface through search, reveal, and enrichment. See Section 2.
Payment information: Billing details needed to process subscriptions. Card numbers are collected and processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

2. Business Contact Data and Data Sources

The Services help you find local businesses and reach their owners and operators. To do this, we source local business listings and signals from third-party data providers, including DataForSEO, and we apply enrichment (which may use large language models) to identify available business contact details such as emails and phone numbers.

This business contact data relates to businesses and the professional contact points of the people who run them. You are responsible for using this data lawfully, including honoring opt-out requests and complying with applicable marketing, privacy, and anti-spam laws. 3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve our search, enrichment, export, API, MCP, and AI SDR services
Process transactions, grant and track credits, and send related billing information
Send technical notices, transactional messages, updates, and support responses
Respond to your questions and customer service requests
Monitor and analyze usage and trends to keep the Services reliable
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security threats, and technical issues
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used so we can improve them. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

Encryption of data in transit and at rest
Access controls and authentication managed through a dedicated identity provider
Hashed storage of API keys (the full key is shown to you only once, at creation)
Reputable infrastructure providers with physical and network security

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. How We Share Information and Subprocessors

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Services, with categories of providers that include:

Payments: Stripe, to process subscriptions and store payment methods securely
Authentication: WorkOS, to manage sign-in and your organization
Local business data: Data providers such as DataForSEO, to source business listings and signals
Infrastructure and email: Hosting, database, and email delivery providers that operate the platform and send transactional messages
Legal and safety: When required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights and safety
Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

7. AI and Machine Learning

The Services use AI and machine learning to parse search prompts, enrich records, and power AI SDR outreach, reply handling, and qualification. We may use aggregated and anonymized data to improve our systems. We do not share one customer's individual data with another customer.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to those obligations. Contacts your workspace has unlocked remain available to your workspace while your account is active.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

Access to your personal information
Correction of inaccurate information
Deletion of your information
Objection to or restriction of processing
Data portability
Withdrawal of consent
