Quick answers to the most common questions about reveals, credits, exports, and account access.
Some local businesses do not have a findable email or phone. When a field cannot be found, you are not charged for it, so an empty reveal does not cost a credit.
Try revealing the other field, or check whether the business has a website you can use another way.
Credits refill on each renewal of a paid plan, and they do not roll over. If you need more before your next renewal, upgrade to a higher monthly grant from the Billing page.
If a job is blocked for insufficient credits, the cost confirmation tells you how many credits it needs versus what you have.
This is expected. Credits do not roll over: each renewal grants a fresh batch for the new period and any unused credits from the prior period lapse. Plan your usage within the billing period, and upgrade if you regularly run out.
Open the Exports page or the Enrichments page to see the job's status. You can cancel a queued or running job, which stops further work and charges, then start a fresh one.
Credits already spent before you cancelled are not refunded. If a job failed unexpectedly, contact support with the details.
Exports live on the Exports page and enriched files live on the Enrichments page. Each job shows its status and a download button once it is ready. Both pages support filtering and paging so a long history stays easy to navigate.
A workspace is hard-locked when a payment is disputed or charged back, and it stays locked until the dispute is resolved. While locked, search, reveal, export, and enrichment are unavailable.
Contact support to resolve a billing issue. Reaching out to us is faster than a dispute and avoids the lock in the first place.

No. Once your workspace reveals a contact, it stays unlocked. Viewing or exporting it again is always free, even after your credits for the period have lapsed.
