Getting Started With Fullpilot

Go from sign-up to your first exported list of local business contacts in a few minutes.

Create your workspace

Sign up and Fullpilot creates a workspace (your organization) for you. New workspaces start on the Free plan with a one-time batch of 100 local business credits, so you can try a real search and a few reveals before you pick a paid plan.

You can invite teammates into the same workspace so credits, searches, and exports are shared.

Run your first search

1. Open the Search screen and type what you want in plain language, for example: med spas in Austin with at least 50 reviews and a website.

2. Fullpilot parses your prompt into a structured query (category, location, and filters) and runs it.

3. Scan the results. Each row shows the business name, category, location, rating, reviews, and website. Contact details stay locked until you reveal them.

Reveal a contact

Click to reveal the email or phone on a business that looks like a good fit. Each field you reveal costs one credit. If we cannot find that field, you are not charged, and revealing the same field again later is free.

A reveal also returns the owner or operator name, quality indicators for the email and phone, and a confidence score so you can judge how reliable the match is.

Get the data out

When you are ready to work the list, use Export to build a CSV, then download it from the Exports page and drop it into your CRM or outbound tool.

If you already have a list of businesses in a spreadsheet, use Bulk enrichment instead: upload the file, map its columns, and Fullpilot appends fresh contacts to every row.

When you want meetings booked for you rather than a list to work yourself, the AI SDR can run the outbound. The AI SDR is set up with our team on a call.
