Bulk Enrichment: Enrich A File You Already Have

If you already have a list of businesses, bulk enrichment matches each row and appends fresh owner contacts to it, then gives you back a copy of your file with the new columns added.

Open the Enrichments page to start. Your finished files and in-progress jobs live there.

1. Upload a CSV or an XLSX spreadsheet (up to 1,000 rows per job).

2. Fullpilot reads the headers and shows a preview of the first few rows so you can confirm it parsed correctly.

Tell Fullpilot which of your columns identify each business. The internal fields it can match on are company name, website or domain, street address, city, and region or state.

Fullpilot auto-suggests a mapping from your header names, so often you only need to confirm it.

At a minimum you must map either a company name or a website or domain so each row can be matched.

A website or domain, or a company name together with a city or region, gives the best match accuracy and is the recommended setup. Mapping only a company name still runs, but Fullpilot warns that accuracy will be lower.

Pick the columns to append: owner name, email, phone, email and phone quality, and confidence.

Email and phone each cost one credit per newly found contact. Owner name, quality, and confidence come with the match for free. Already-known and not-found contacts are never charged, and the same business appearing twice in your file is only charged once.

Before the job runs, Fullpilot shows an upper-bound cost (rows multiplied by the billable columns you picked) and blocks the job if your balance is too low.

The job runs in the background. When it is ready, download the enriched file from the Enrichments page. It contains your original columns plus the appended contact columns, ready to drop into your CRM or outreach.

You can cancel a running job. As with exports, credits already spent are not refunded.
